The first episode of my new weekly series covering one 1 topic I need to rant about in the fitness industry, 1 deepdive you can use to enhance your endurance, and 1 study that I've found interesting.

These videos will remain uncut, and allow me to go into some more details on topics that I’ve found interesting.
